Boogie bounce is a low impact exercise class involving mini trampettes per person. The class is 50 minutes long which includes a warm up cool down and stretch. Its a a fun way to get fit and work up a sweat, anyone can take part any ages and fitness levels. Bounce along to great music, get fit and have fun all at the same time.
