We jumped, turned, pressed, pulled, pushed and felt fatigued.
As we toned, strengthened, stretched and improved out health and fitness, we felt a new energy level and left the session with a buzz.
Fresh for the day or relaxed and ready for a good night sleep.
The value of threading movement into our week, at whatever level, is much more than losing weight/inches:
- a toned body fights degeneration within the body.
- applying resistance, whether your own body weight or equipment, helps us to face our day with more energy.
- stabilising hormone activity within the body also helps to face the stresses that life throws at us.
- applying movement in all directions and through appropriate ranges brings a wealth of healing and vitality
Whether Pilates or HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with equipment or without, life can feel better.
